摘要
目的:观察改良的外侧开眶术对于眶内皮样囊肿的治疗。方法:选择我院近5年来因眶内皮样囊肿入院接受手术的患者21例,其中接受经眉弓皮肤切口手术治疗者10例,接受改良的外侧开眶术治疗者11例,进行回顾性分析并对比两种手术方式的优缺点。结果:经改良的外侧开眶术治疗的11例患者手术中均完整摘除囊肿,经眉弓皮肤切口手术治疗的10例患者中有3例完整摘除囊肿,7例术中囊壁破裂,经碘酊烧灼后摘除。结论:对于眶内皮样囊肿的治疗,尤其是位置深的皮样囊肿,采用改良的外侧开眶术是一种较好的手术治疗方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of therapy of orbital epidermoid by modified lateral orbitotomy.Methods:The data come from 21 patients suffering orbital epidermoid cyst in recent 5 years in my hospital,with 10 cases treated by cutting throught skin of superciliary arch and 11 cases treated by modified lateral orbitotomy.The retrospective analysis and comparisons between the two different treatments have been used.Results:Orbital epidermoid cysts have been removed perfected in eleven cases treated by modified lateral orbitotomy.Among 10 cases treated by cutting through skin of superciliary arch,there are 3 cases which cyst which cyst has been perfectly removed while the wall of cyst broke in 7 cases and removed after canterized by iodine cautery.Conclusion:In the therapy of orbital epidermoid cyst,especial such one in deep location,it is better to operate by modified lateral orbitotomy than by cutting through skin of superciliary arch.
