摘要
提高水平井固井质量以适应油田进一步勘探开发的要求是钻井工程研究的一项重要课题,分析了水平井固井存在的套管安全下入、替净、自由水、泥浆混油、套管居中、井眼条件等技术难点,对水泥浆和前置液体系、套管的安全下入、套管居中等技术进行了研究,通过优选水泥浆和前置液体系解决了替净、自由水、泥浆混油问题;对套管下入的理论校核和现场模拟解决了套管的安全下入问题;对扶正器的合理选型和科学加入解决了套管居中问题,通过采用合理的技术措施提高了冀东油田水平井的固井质量,在现场实践中取得了显著效果,形成了系统、成熟的水平井固井技术,对冀东油田水平井固井质量的提高具有重要的指导作用。
Improving cementing quality to adapt to requirements of oilfield further exploration and development is an important subject of drilling project research. This paper, first of all, analyzes some technical difficulties in horizontal well cementing such as safe casing running, displacing, free water, mud mixed oil, casing centering, hole condition, and so on, then studies some techniques such as cement slurry and pad fluid system, safe casing running, casing centering, and so on. As a result, difficulties are solved as follows: problem on displacing, free water and mud mixed oil solved by optimal selection of cement slurry and pad fluid system, problem on safe casing running solved by theory checking and site simulation of casing running, problem on casing centering solved by reasonable selection of centralizer and science added, and so on. Cementing quality of horizontal well in Jidong Oilfield is improved by reasonable technical measures, which have achieved good result in field application. So systematic and mature cementing technology of horizontal well is formed, which is of great importance to improving cementing quality of horizontal well in Jidong Oilfield.
