摘要
冀东油田大部分油井为深斜井,平均检泵周期相对较短,部分油井的检泵周期很长。深入研究这些井检泵周期长的原因,找出其中的规律,以指导类似井的设计和配套措施。对几口长效井的井身结构、抽油杆的组合情况、油井生产动态数据、油井动液面及其载荷的变化情况等进行了数据收集、整理和分析。结果表明,井身结构规整、合理的工作制度、动液面稳定、合理的杆柱设计等均对延长检泵周期有一定影响。
Most are deep deviated wells in Jidong Oilfield, where average pump detection period is relatively short but that of partial oil wells is very long. And it will provide reference for design and supplementary measures of similar wells to further study the reason on these wells with long pump detection period and find law therein. Therefore, datas of well structure, sucker rod combination condition, well's dynamic production data, well's dynamic liquid level and its change load of several long-acting wells are collected, classified and analyzed. It concluded that optimization of well structure, reasonable production scheme, dynamic liquid level stabilization, and reasonable design of rod string have certain influence on prolonging pump detection period.
