摘要
针对当前水泥稳定碎石基层强度、刚度较大带来的反射裂缝问题,提出了一种刚柔并济的新型基层材料:水泥乳化沥青复合胶浆稳定碎石,在分析其微观结构及其性能特点的基础上,对表征水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石抗裂能力的刚度和干缩性能进行了室内试验,并计算了两种混合料作为基层时产生的干缩应力。通过对试验和计算结果的分析,与相同条件下水泥稳定碎石相比,水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石的刚性较低、干缩应力小、抗干缩开裂能力强,能较好地延缓基层开裂。
The 'reflect cracking ' problem is caused by the high strength and rigidity of cement stabilized crushed stones base course,because of which this paper presents a new base course materials: the cement-emulsified asphalt compound stabilized crushed stones.On the basis of analyzing its microstructure and performance specialty,this text made experiments on the cement-emulsified asphalt stabilized crushed stones' rigidity and dry-shrinking performance,which can show the cement-emulsified asphalt stabilized crushed stones' anti-cracking performance.And at the same time,dry-shrinking stress was calculated.Analyzing the experiment and calculation result and comparing it with cement-stabilized crushed stones in the same standard,we find the cement-emulsified asphalt stabilized crushed stones has lower rigidity and dry-shrinking stress and better dry-shrinking performance and it can delay base course cracking.
