摘要
通过设计独特的以主光源和补光源相结合的光源装置,研究基于 MATLAB 的鉴别次蛋和鸡蛋新鲜度的机器视觉识别系统,提出以蛋重与其图像像素面积的比值作为衡量鸡蛋新鲜度的指标值,先根据鸡蛋图像颜色特征自动判别出是否是次蛋,然后判别出普通蛋的新鲜度,系统识别正确率可达到90%左右。
An unique photosource divice unified with two kinds of photosource was designed,and a machine vision recognition system based on MATLAB to distinct inferior egg and the egg freshness was studied.The value of egg heavey by the egg image pixel area ratio weight egg freshness was taken in this study,the system automatically distinguished inferior egg first according to the egg color characteristic,then distinguished the freshness of the ordinary egg,the system recognition accuracy achieved about 90%.
