摘要
针对煤炭企业物流管理的现状,进行分析论述,提出优化煤炭企业物流系统模式及具体措施。坚持集中管理为主、分散管理为辅的"三集中、五统一"的管理体制;加强煤炭企业物流系统的计划采购管理,新型仓储管理,建立完善物流管理配送制。
Analyse and discuss the present conidition of the logistic distribution management of the coal enterprise,put forword concrete measure of optimizing mode of the coal enterprise's logistics,insist on the managerial system that is called:'three concentractions,five unify'.This system puts centralized management as lore and puts scattered management for assisted,strengthen the management of purchasing plan and new warehouse which is of the coal enterprise's logistics,build upa perfect logistic distribution management.
