摘要
甲醇-水蒸汽重整制氢反应器与所采用的催化剂体系和研究重点密切相关,反应器的最新发展多停留在实验室阶段。介绍了颗粒催化剂表征和涂层催化剂表征用甲醇-水蒸汽重整制氢反应器在实验室阶段的最新发展现状。微通道涂层催化剂反应器传热传质效率高,是甲醇-水蒸汽重整制氢反应器的发展方向。
The process of methanol-steam reforming for hydrogen production is closely related to the catalyst system and the research attention,the development of this type of reactors are still holding in experimental state.The development of methanol-steam reforming reactors for granule catalysts and coating catalysts characteristics testing is reviewed in this thesis.Microchannel coating catalyst reactor has the advantage of high heat efficiency and mass transfer property,and it is the developing direction in this field.
