乙酰水杨酸磁性淀粉微球性能及磁动力学运动的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以乙酰水杨酸为功能成份,以含链淀粉70%的交联氧化磁化玉米淀粉为载体,采用喷雾干燥技术制备了磁性药物微球,并对乙酰水杨酸磁性微球结构和性能及磁动力学运动进行了研究。微球其粒径达微米级,表面结构致密,能很好地包裹功能成份,微球中功能成份乙酰水杨酸自然释放率小。磁场中的磁性微球在磁场力的作用下,都沿着磁力方向向磁极面移动,达到靶向效果。 Aspirin was used as the main functional material to make magnetic drug microcapsule which was prepared by the spray drying process.The cross-linked oxidative magnetic cornstarch contained 70% of amylose was used as the microcapsule wall material.The dynamic behaviors of the functional magnetic microcapsule in the magnetic field was studied in this article.The structure and functional properties of the magnetic microcapsule were also studied.The result showed that the microcapsule prepared by the spray drying process had micron-class diameter,with compact surface structure and packing core materials commendably.The core material in microcapsule(aspirin) had a low natural release ratio.Under magnetic force,all of magnetic microcapsule moved to the magnetic polar along the direction of magnetic force and the targeted effect could be obtained.
