摘要
在分析哈尔滨锅炉有限责任公司引进三井巴布科克能源公司技术生产的低NOX轴向旋流燃烧器(LNASB)结构特点的基础上,通过对国电常州发电有限公司(简称国电常州)1号锅炉进行变氧量、变一次风速、变煤量分配、变二、三次风比例、变二次风旋流强度和中心风的影响试验等,研究了LNASB型旋流燃烧器锅炉运行特性,同时也使国电常州1号锅炉一减前的一次汽汽温偏差问题得到改善。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of Low NOX Axial Swirl Burners(LNASB),which are from Mitsui Babcock energy Co.and introduced and manufactured by Harbin Boiler Works,Co,Ltd.Several tests on No.1 boiler in GuoDian Changzhou Power Plant are carried out by changing oxygen content,primary air velocity,coal distribution,ration between secondary air and tertiary air,swirl strength and core air.On the basis of this combustion adjustment tests,the operation characteristics of the LNASB boiler are learned,at the same time the primary steam temperature deviation in front of the first temperature of No.1 boiler are improved in GuoDian Changzhou Power Plant.
