摘要
脉冲涡流主要用于对飞机多层结构中出现的腐蚀缺陷进行定量检测。针对实际检测过程中由于探头提离变化和腐蚀缺陷同时存在时的信号难以识别的问题,应用时频分析的方法能同时得出信号随时间和频率变化的特性,为脉冲涡流检测信号提供了一种很好的可视化识别途径。
Pulsed eddy current(PEC) nondestructive testing is a new technology developed in recent years,mainly used to detect corrosion of aircraft fuselage lap splices quantificationally,aimed at the problems that variations in the probe lift-off makes signal change resemble as variations of corrosion,joint time-frequency analysis is used in this paper,the result of experimentation shows that time-frequency analysis can describe the characteristic of signal changing with time and frequency,which provide a intuitive approach for the PEC nondestructive testing.
