粘合剂涂层对磁控溅射镀铝织物牢度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 直流磁控溅射镀铝织物金属层牢度较差,文章采用在镀铝织物表面涂层粘合剂的方法来改善织物牢度。通过织物耐热循环、耐皂洗及抗摩擦能力考察涂层前后金属层与织物的结合牢度,以扫描电镜辅助来观察织物在实验前后的表面形貌。测试结果表明采用粘合剂涂层可以大大改善金属膜层的牢度。 Binder is used to coat on the fabric that is prepared by DC magnetron sputtering to improve the combine fastness of aluminum layer.The experiment of heat circle,soaping and friction are made to test the combine fastness between metal layer and fabric that are treated with coating and those that are not.The SEM as an assistant is used to observe the exterior appearance of the fabric before and after these experiments.Through the results,the authors have found that the treatment of coating with binder could greatly improve the combine fastness of metal layer.
