摘要
利用阴极还原沉积原理,在水浴65℃的Zn(NO3)2水溶液中,以金属锌片为衬底电沉积制备了ZnO薄膜。采用拉曼光谱和低温光致发光谱(LTPL)对ZnO膜的光学性质进行了表征。实验表明,较小电沉积过电位制备的样品没有明显的与富锌缺氧有关的580cm-1附近的拉曼峰,呈现373nm的紫外光致发光峰,说明较小的电沉积过电位有利于高晶体质量的ZnO膜生长。
ZnO films on Zn substrates were synthesized by cathodic electrodeposition form an aqueous solution composed only of 0.05 M zinc nitrate at 65℃.Their optical properties were investigated by Raman spectrum and low temperature photoluminescence(LTPL) spectrum.The sample fabricated at more positive electrodeposition potential shows ultraviolet emission bands in photoluminescence spectra but have no obvious 580 cm-1 Raman peak.The results indicate that more positive electrodeposition potential favors the high quality ZnO film growth.
