摘要
以国内某钢厂连铸中间包为原型,通过数模研究表明:中间包内钢水入口区与本体之间设置合适的控流装置,可以抑制入口区强烈的湍流、减弱中包本体液面扰动。多孔高挡墙可以改善钢水流态、提高中包冶金效果。
Based on the tundish of the continuous caster in Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Corporation,the numerical simulation study results show that the proper flow control device between molten steel inlet area and the tundish wall can inhibit the severe turbulence and reduce the liquid surface disturbance inside the tundish.The higher porous baffle wall can improve the flow pattern of the molten steel and enhance the metallurgical effect in tundish.
