红薯藤地面青贮品质评价及经济效益分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了保持和贮存好红薯藤的多汁性,采用葡萄渣、细米糠、麦麸作为吸附剂进行地面青贮,结果鲜红薯藤与红薯藤地面青贮的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和灰分差异极显著(P<0.01);干物质量鲜红薯藤低于红薯藤地面青贮;葡萄渣、细米糠、麦麸与红薯藤混合的地面青贮饲料的差异不显著(P>0.05)。红薯藤地面青贮饲料的粗蛋白和粗脂肪是新鲜红薯藤的10倍,红薯藤地面青贮饲料总体品质评价高于新鲜红薯藤。红薯藤地面青贮饲料养猪每增重1 kg的直接成本为3.10元,而对照组为3.62元;日增重比对照组高100 g,可提前10 d出栏。 For the purpose of keeping and reserving the succulence of fresh sweet potato,the rape,rice and wheat bran were mixed with sweet potato.The result showed that there was significant difference(P<0.01) in content of DM,CP,EE and ashes between ground silage of sweet potato vines and fresh sweet potato vines: The proportion of DM in ground silage was higher than that of DM in green vines,and the content of CP and EE in vine silage was ten times of that in green vines respectively.In term of nutritional value,ground silage was generally evaluated to be superior to green vines.However,the difference of these indexes in silage products of sweet potato vines,which made from mixtures of green vines and three types of sorbents(grape residues,rice brans and wheat brans) was not so significant.Fed on ground silage of sweet potato vines,pigs got body gain 100 grams higher than control group per day,which indicated that animals could be sold ten days earlier by utilizing ground silage,and the cost of feeding ground silage was 3.10 RMB,which was lower than control group(3.62 RMB).
