摘要 针对目前应用于一些高级算法,如模糊自适应PID算法的组态软件所存在的脚本语言十分简单、难以实现比较复杂的控制算法,以及实时性差、对运行环境要求高等缺点,利用COM组件技术,将MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)组态软件优秀的可视化画面制作技术与Matlab丰富的算法相结合,实现了稳定的人机界面,不仅提高了实时控制能力,而且彻底脱离了Matlab环境。实验结果表明,该方法在实际控制过程中是切实可行、值得推广的。 To the problem that in configuration softwares used in fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithms,the script is very simple and incapable for certain complex control algorithms,and the real-time control cannot be used directly and the standard of running environment is very high,the advantages of friendly interface in MCGS configuration software and the great ability of calculation of Matlab are integrated to present the stable man-machine interface and improve the ability of real-time control.The whole system has slipped the leash of Matlab with greatly improved quality.Experiment result shows that it is conscientiously feasible and deserves to be widely applied in the process of controlling industry.
