摘要
业务流程再造理论是20世纪90年代兴起的一场管理变革运动,是新经济时代对传统分工理论的突破。简述了医院业务流程再造的历史背景,以及应用中的核心内容和指导思想;介绍了美国和台湾地区医院推行BPR的成功经验,阐述了医院实施BPR的具体步骤以及注意事项,以期对当前医院推行BPR的尝试和探索有所借鉴。
The business process reengineering (BPR) theory, rose in 1990s, is considered as a revolution in the management field. The theory is a breakthrough of the traditional theory of labour division in the time of new economy. The paper gives a brief account of the historical background of hospital BPR, and the nucleus contents as well as the guiding idea for application. It describes the successful experience of implementing BPR in hospitals of U.S. and Taiwan region, and explains the specific steps for hospitals to carry out BPR and some points for attention, aiming to provide some references for domestic hospitals in their efforts to adopt BPR.
