摘要
采用Li-6400型光合作用仪对三种槭树科植物光合特性进行测定分析,结果表明,不同的槭树净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,最大值出现在中午11:30时,次峰值出现在下午14:30时,午休现象明显。通过对所测数据分析,得出了三种槭树科植物的光合速率、蒸腾速率等的日变化规律,并分析了其光合速率、蒸腾速率及其它因子间的关系,槭树光合速率受气孔导度、胞间CO浓度和蒸腾速率的共同作用。
The photosynthetic evaporation of three Aceracea plants were studied by Li-6400 Photosynthetic system.The results showed that the curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) have two peak,which appeared at 11:30 and 14:30 respectively.There was a clear depression at noon.The diurnal variation of phoposynthetic evaporation of the three Aceracea plants were revealed according to data analysis.Relationship between phoposynthetic rate,transpiration rate and other factors were analysed.The photosynthesis was limited by internal CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Cond) and transpiration rate(Tran) factors.
