摘要
DCS(Distributed Control System)系统是一种在功能上分散,管理上集中的新型控制系统,与常规仪表相比具有可靠性高,控制功能丰富,自动化整体性能好等优点。随着微电子技术的发展,DCS系统的控制功能更加完善。DCS双交叉温度控制系统用于冶金加热炉燃烧控制,较好地解决了传统温度控制燃料热损失大、热效率低、环境污染严重的缺点,提高了劳动生产率、降低了能源消耗,极大地提高了生产的自动化水平和管理水平。
DCS system is a new type of control system which is of decentralization in function but concentration in management.Compared with common instruments,it has advantages of reliability,lots of control function and good function of automation entirety.With the development of micro-electron technology,the control function of DSC system is becoming increasingly perfect.DSC system of temperature control with double intercross,which is used in burning system of metallurgy heat furnace,overcomes big loss of burning of traditional temperature control,heat low-efficiency and serious environmental pollution,thus it raises labor efficiency,decreases energy consumption and largely improves the quality of automation and management.
