摘要
大学校园文化包含物质文化、制度文化及精神文化三个层面。其中,物质文化建设要折射出校园人的独特风貌;精神文化建设要注重当代社会的特点,体现时代的风貌;而制度文化建设要侧重于通过在校园中规范师生行为,营造出一个良好的教学、研究氛围,体现一个学校的教、学、研风格,制度文化建设是独特大学校园文化建设的基础性工作。
The college campus culture is consisting of material culture,system culture and spiritual culture.Thereinto,the construction of campus material culture should reflect the unique style and features of the campus,the construction of spiritual culture should pay attention to the characteristic of modern culture,and the construction of system culture should emphasize particularly on building a good teaching and research atmosphere by normalizing the conducts of the teachers and students on campus to show the teaching style,studying style and research style of a college.The construction of system culture is the foundational work of a unique college culture.
