摘要
采用钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)打底与金属熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)填充、盖面的焊接方法对ASME SA335 P91钢管做了焊接工艺评定.并分别对其评定焊缝进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击和硬度检测等机械性能试验,结果证明工艺评定焊缝的各项力学性能指标都达到了ASMEⅨ的要求,该评定是合格的.这说明将GTAW+GMAW的焊接方法应用在P91钢管的实际生产中是可行的,焊缝的性能是能够得到保证的.
The PQR is done on the steel pipe of ASME SA335 P91 using the GTAW + GMAW welding method. Through the tensile,bend,impact and hardness mechanical performance test of welding line,the PQR is acceptable. All these proved that the GTAW + GMAW welding method used on steel pipe of ASME SA335 P91 is feasible and the performance of weld line can be assured.
