摘要
目的:观察肾阳不足型黄褐斑患者的发病机制并验证养颜青娥丸的有效性及作用机理。方法:将肾阳不足型黄褐斑患者随机分成治疗组(养颜青娥丸组)和对照组(桂附地黄丸组),分别测定治疗前、后患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)酶活性及空腹性激素水平并进行比较分析。结果:患者治疗前血清SOD酶活性显著低于正常对照组,治疗后SOD酶活性明显增加;治疗前MDA酶活性,血清雌二醇(E2)显著高于正常对照组,治疗后MDA活性、血清E2水平明显下降。运用t检验将对照组与治疗组治疗前、后数据分别进行比较,血清SOD、MDA酶活性和血清E2之间均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),对照组与治疗组治疗后相比无显著差异,总有效率比较,经t检验,P<0.05。结论:养颜青娥丸能提高肾阳不足型黄褐斑患者血清的SOD酶活性并降低MDA酶的活性和血清E2的水平,从而降低酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑素的形成,使黑素的形成受到抑制而对黄褐斑产生疗效,且临床疗效优于对照组。
Objective To approach pathogenesis of chloasma of insufficiency of kidney-YANG and to verify validity and mechanism of action of 'Yang Yan Qing E Pill(YYQEP)' by means of clinical observation.Methods Patients of insufficiency of kidney-YANG were fractionated to treatment group(YYQEP ) and control group(Gui Fu Di Huang Pill ) at random.To determin activity of SOD and MDA of chloasma pains before and after treatment;to determin level of sex hormone of chloasma pains before and after treatment and microelement level of pains before and after treatment.Then to compare and analyze data.Results Activity of SOD of chloasma pains is predomination lower than normal control group before treatment.After treatment,activity of SOD of chloasma pains is obviously increased.Activity of MDA of chloasma pains venous blood is predomination higher than normal contro group.After treatment,activity of MDA of chloasma pains is obviously cut down.Before treatment,level of E2 for chloasma pains is predomination higher than normal contro group and which is obviously reduced after treatment.To compare with data of before threatment and after threatment of threantment groups and control groups through t-test,activity of SOD and MDA of chloasma pains,and E2 is significant deviation for threatment and control groups.(P<0.05,P<0.01).It is significant deviation to compare total effective power of threatment and control groups through t-test(P<0.05).Conclusion 'YYQEP ' can increase activity of SOD of PS(patients serum) and Cut dowm activity of MDA of PS ,reduce the content of E2 of PS.Acording to restraint activity of monophenolase and reduce synthesis of melanin.Thus it can threat chloasma,moreover clinical effect is better than control group( gui fu di huang wan).It is worth to applying in clinic.
