摘要
以混合C4为原料,采用ERC-1催化剂,在固定床催化反应器中,研究了催化裂化制丙烯、乙烯的反应规律。结果表明,最佳操作条件为:反应温度625.0℃,水蒸气/原料(质量比)0.65,空速2.0 h-1;在此条件下,乙烯和丙烯收率分别为15.94%,32.61%;ERC-1催化剂单程使用寿命约为50 h;催化剂经再生后,乙烯和丙烯的收率分别为15.76%,30.07%。
FCC reaction disciplinarian of ethylene and propylene was studied in the fixed bed reactor with mixed C4 as feed stock,ERC-1 as catalyst.The optimal conditions were as follows:temperature 625.0℃,mass ratio of steam to feed stock 0.65 and space velocity 2h-1.Under this conditions,yields of ethylene and propylene were 15.94% and 32.61% respectively.ERC-1 catalyst life for single pass was about 50h.After using regeneration catalyst,the yields of ethylene and propylene were 15.76% and 30.07% respectively.
