摘要
目的:研究脑组织β-END、IL-1在天灸防治哮喘模型大鼠中的作用。方法:70只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、天灸潜伏期治疗组、天灸发作期治疗组、电针潜伏期治疗组、电针发作期治疗组、西药组。用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏来制备哮喘模型大鼠。免疫组化法检测脑组织β-END、IL-1。结果:模型组β-END、IL-1高于正常组(P<0.01),经治疗后均有所增加,且天灸潜伏期治疗组最高。结论:天灸能提高室旁核区β-END、IL-1,且与疗效相应,其机制尚需进一步研究。
Objectve:To investigate tianjiu's influence to β-END、IL-1 in brain of asthma big rats,Methods:70 male big rats were divided into seven group randomly:the normal group,model group,tianjiu-treated group in latent period,tianjiu-treated group in episode period,the electric needle-treated group in latent period,the electric needle-treated group in episode period and west medicine group.The asthma model of big rats were made by injecting ovalbumen(OVA).the number of β-END、IL-1immunologic reactive cells in brain were observed in each group.Conclusion:Tianjiu therapy can enhance the β-END、IL-1 expression level at hypothalamic paraventricular nucleuin,which is correspondent with the therapeutic effect,but the mechanism still needs research.
