摘要
目的:运用神经电生理和免疫组织化学方法,观察定量机械推拿对大鼠臂丛神经损伤修复的作用,以探讨其相关的治疗机制。方法:Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只。臂丛神经损伤模型制备,分别腧穴定量机械推拿治疗、NGF肌注治疗,21天后对大鼠右侧臂丛神经离体电生理检测、下颌下腺免疫组化检测NGF、双前肢直径测量。结果:内源性NGF单位浓度、臂丛神经及患肢肌肉萎缩的恢复程度,机械振动推拿治疗组优于NGF治疗组和模型对照组。结论:腧穴机械振动、按压能够促进大鼠内源性NGF的分泌,从而加速了臂丛神经的再生和修复,同时能够有效防治肌肉萎缩,促进功能恢复。
Through drawing on nerve electrophysiology and immune tissue chemistry therapy,observe rational manipulating of mechanical on Wistar rats brachial plexus's injury regeneration function.For discussing the relative treating mechanism system.Method:Thirty Wistar rats,randomly equalled into three groups that each one had ten Wistar rats and brachial plexus injury model equipment.Respectively acupuncture point ration manipulation of mechanical and NGF injecting were treated.NGF injecting treat.Models were compared after each twenty-one days.We could detect ex vivo starboard brachial plexus by electrophysiology.Submandibular gland NGF by the way of immunity and chemistry.Measured the diameter of double forelimbs.Results:Intrinsic source NGF units the concentration,brachial plexus and recovery degree of the injuried musle atrophy of limbs.Manipulation of mechanical vibration treatment advantages NGF treating groups and model compare groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture point mechanism vibration pressing could promote Wistar rats intrinsic source NGF's secrete,therefore speed brachial plexus's regeneration and recovery.At the same time it could effectually prevent muscle atrophy,promote function recovery.
