机械振动推拿对大鼠臂丛神经损伤恢复作用机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:从电生理和生物细胞学角度观察机械振动对大鼠臂丛神经损伤恢复作用机理研究。方法:把Wistar大鼠30只随机分为3组,每组10只,臂丛神经损伤动物模型制备,分别机械振动治疗、NGF肌注治疗、模型对照各21天后,对大鼠右侧臂丛神经离体电生理检测、下颌下腺免疫组化检测和光镜观察。结果:下颌下腺内源性神经生长因子单位浓度,神经髓壳的恢复程度及患肢肌肉的恢复程度,机械振动推拿治疗组优于NGF治疗组和模型对照组。结论:机械振动推拿治疗能够有效防治肌肉萎缩,能够促进大鼠下颌下腺NGF的分泌,加速受伤臂丛神经根的修复。
