为了认识和利用生物活性肽的保健作用,对生物活性肽进行了分类,简述了其生产方法,说明了小肽、免疫活性肽、神经活性肽、降血压肽和抗菌多肽等生物活性肽的功能特性,并介绍了乳肽、大豆肽、高F值寡肽和谷胱甘肽等几种常用的活性肽,描述了生物活性肽的应用前景。
In order to have a better understanding and make a better use of bioactive peptides,bioactive peptides are classified as the following:peptide,immune active peptide,nervous peptide,antihypertensive peptides and antibacteri- al methylmercadone etc.Their producing methods and functional properties are briefly discussed.Some popular active peptides like milk poptide,soybean peptide,high Fischer oligopeptide and glutathione etc.,are also introduced and their application prospects are mentioned as well.
