摘要
以干燥韭菜籽为原料,采用索氏溶剂萃取法提取韭菜籽油。探讨了溶剂种类、原料预处理方式、提取时间和剂料比对出油率的影响,并对韭菜籽油产品进行了理化性质的测定。结果表明,以出油率为指标并考虑到产品质量及操作成本,提取韭菜籽油的适宜工艺条件为:萃取溶剂为正己烷,预处理方式为烘炒后粉碎,提取时间6h,剂料比4.5/1,此条件下出油率可达9.47%。
The fragrant-flowered garlic seeds oil was obtained by Soxhlet extraction with the seed as the raw material.The influences of solvent type,pretreatment mode,extraction time and the solvent to seeds powder ratio on the yield of oil were examined;while the products were detected for the physical and chemical properties.The results show that,with the oil yield as the major index and,simultaneously,considering the product quality and the operating cost,the optimal conditions determined are as follows: the solvent is n-Hexane,the pretreatment mode is firing-stirring followed by crush,the extraction time 6 h,and the of solvent to seeds powder ratio 4.5/1;and under the optimal conditions the oil yield reaches 9.47%.
