摘要
我国资本市场在短短十几年中,从无到有,从小到大,取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是,作为由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济转变过程中形成的新兴市场,我国资本市场还存在着许多影响其功能正常发挥的问题,股权分置无疑是中国资本市场的首要问题,股权分置改革正是顺应市场发展的要求,本文主要阐述了股权分置的产生背景、现实影响以及后股权分置时期关于股权分置改革的几点看法。
China's capital market has gradually acquired outstanding achievements over the past decades.However,as an emerging market transiting from the plan-oriented economic system to socialism market-oriented economy,equity division being a principal problem has been leading to the misfunction of our capital market,so equity division reform just meets the requirements of capital market development.This paper mainly introduces the background and influence of equity division,furthermore,giving some views on equity division reform accordingly.
