摘要
复合型柔性铰链是目前在精密机械中广泛应用的一种新型铰链形式,可作为全柔性和部分柔性机构,应用于存储释放能量以及高频振动等场合。本文概括了复合型柔性铰链的特点,对直梁型、圆弧型和复合型柔性铰链作了分析比较,并采用自由度计算公式,对刚性机构、基于复合型柔性铰链的部分柔性机构和全柔性机构进行了自由度分析,以探讨它们的机构能力和可控性。最后介绍了复合型柔性铰链在微机器人的应用,包括仿生扑翼机构的研制和实验。
The compound flexible hinge is a new type flexible hinge,which has widely applications on precision mechanism.Partially and fully compliant mechanism made of compound flexible hinges may be apply to some fields such as storage and release energy,and vibration in high frequency.The characteristic of compound compliant mechanism is generalized.Arc,rectangle and compound flexible hinge are analyzed and comprared.Using freedom degree equations,the difference of rigid mechanism,partially and fully compliant mechanism are discussed in order to probe into mechanism capability and control ability.The practical example application on micro-robots especially bionic flying is introduced,and the development and test of a flapping wing mechanism are presented.
