摘要 预制地下连续墙技术已经成为国内外地下连续墙研究和发展的一个重要方向,国外多以昂贵的自凝泥浆护壁成槽插入预制构件,以自凝泥浆的凝固体填塞墙后空隙和防止构件间接缝渗水,形成地下连续墙。介绍了上海地区研究和发展的一种新型预制地下连续墙技术,即采用常规的泥浆护壁成槽,在成槽后,插入预制构件并在构件间采用现浇混凝土将其连成一个完整的墙体。基于上海地区预制地下连续墙的研究和应用现状,文中着重讨论了新型预制地下连续墙的设计方法、施工技术及相关配套措施,并给出了工程实例。 The application of precast diaphragm wall has become a new field both in China and abroad. In other countries, the trench of this kind of wall is usually excavated using self-concreting slurry to support the walls. Precast diaphragm wall elements are then connected by the concreted slurry. However, this construction method is quite expensive. This paper introduces a new method of precast diaphragm wall construction in Shanghai area. The trench of the wall is supported by the conventional fluid mud. Then precast diaphragm wall elements are connected by cast-in-site concrete. Based on the research and application of precast diaphragm wall in Shanghai area, some contents including design method, construction techniques, and relevant countermeasures are discussed. Finally, a project case using this new technique is introduced.
