海产食品中致病性副溶血弧菌的基因检测 被引量:1

Identification of Pathogenic Vibrio Parahaemolyticus from Aquatic Foods with Genic Technology

摘要 用PCR技术分析了六株从中毒病人食用剩下的海产食品及其粪便中分离出来的副溶血弧菌,发现这六株副溶血弧茵都含有tlh基因(扩增产物为368bp),其中五株含有tdh基因(扩增产物为250bp),但都不含trh基因,而且都为GS-PCR阴性.用碱性磷酸酶标记的tlh探针和tdh探针对这六株副溶血弧菌的tlh和tdh基因进行了进一步的鉴定,其结果与PCR结果相一致.然后采用随机引物扩增DNA多态性(RAPD)技术对六株tdh阳性菌进行了分析.
