摘要
本文重新界定了煤炭城市生态环境的概念及其基本组成 ;分析了煤炭城市生态环境评价的主要影响因子 ;提出了建立煤炭城市生态环境评价指标体系的原则 ;并据此构建了煤炭城市生态环境评价的指标体系。
The paper defines again the concept and basic composition of ecological environment of coal cities,introduces the main influencing factors of ecological environment assessment of coal cities,proposes the principle to establish the ecological environment assessment index system in coal cities,based on which,the ecological environment assessment index system in coal cities are constructed.
