溶剂萃取法制取硫酸钾新工艺过程研究

摘要 用溶剂萃取法在常温常压下制取无氯钾肥硫酸钾的新工艺表明,以三乙醇胺(Triethanolamine)为萃取剂,正丁醇(n-Buty alcohol)为稀释剂,三乙醇胺浓度为50%,硫酸铵与氯化钾的摩尔配料比为1.1:2.0,液固比为3:1,反应时间1.5-2小时,反应温度为20-25℃时转化率最佳。 In this paper,a new process of production of non-chlorite potassium fertilizer potassium sulfate has been studied by solvent extraction method under normal temperature and pressure .The result show:in this studied system triethanolamine is taken as organic solvent,and n-Butyl alcohol as diluent,when the triethanolamine's concentration is 50%,and the molar ratio of ammonium sulfate topotassium chlorate is 1.1:2.0 and 3:1 for the liqueurs phase to solid,and 1.5~2 hour for reaction time and 20~25 for reaction temperature, the conversion ratio will be up to the optical value.
