摘要
以6×12MN级六面顶硬质合金顶锤为对象,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,进行了三维有限元热力耦合分析。通过分析顶锤与预紧环之间的过盈配合,获得了顶锤表面径向预紧力的分布情况。综合考虑合成压力、预紧力和热应力的影响,分析了工作状态下顶锤内部的应力分布,阐明了顶锤的破坏机理,认为46°斜面中心对称线下方存在的切向拉应力是产生纵向裂纹导致断裂的原因。研究了主要结构参数对应力场的影响,提出了结构参数优化的思路。
Taking the 6×12MN carbide anvil of cubic press as the i nv estigation target, the 3D thermal-structural coupled-field analysis was carried out by FEM code ANSYS. The radial prestress distribution acting on anvil surface was calculated by investigating the shrink fitness between the anvil and the shrink ring.
