摘要
大直径磁性液体密封的研究国内外还未见报道。本文在设计的大直径法兰磁性液体密封的实验台上,测定了密封的耐压和泄漏率大小,分析了相关数据,指出大直径磁性液体静密封的耐压规律和一般小法兰相同,并且泄漏率也为"零"。
Abstract A novel technique has been successfully developed to statically seal the flanges in diameters larger than 600 mm,for the first time,with magnetic fluid.An apparatus,dedicated to experimentally study the static sealing of large flanges,was designed and constructed.Various factors,involved in the static sealing of the large flange with magnetic fluid,such as the anti-pressure capacity and the leak rate,were measured.The results show that its anti-pressure capacity follows exactly the rules of the sma...
