摘要
通过打浆前后采用纤维素酶对漂白针叶木浆进行处理,研究了酶处理前后纤维形态、浆料的Zela电位及纸张强度的变化。结果表明,纤维素酶处理后再进行打浆,打浆度显著提高,浆料的Zeta电位下降,细小纤维含量降低,纤维的平均长度增加。打浆后再用纤维素酶处理,打浆度则随着酶用量和酶处理时间的增加而降低,酶用量对纸张的物理强度没有明显影响。打浆前酶处理对纸浆性能的改善要优于打浆后酶处理。
