摘要
超宽带(UWB)技术是通过持续时间极短的脉冲传送信息的无线新技术。本文采用数字集成芯片设计了低功耗的UWB脉冲发生器,实验获得了纳秒级的超短、快速前沿的单极性高斯型UWB脉冲,脉冲的峰峰值为0.77V,半宽度为455ps。该电路结构简单、体积小、电路稳定、易于集成,适用于短距离环境下的超宽带无线通信系统。
Ultra wideband is a new wireless technology,which uses very narrow pulse to transmit information.A low cost pulse generator based on digital integrated circuit chips is presented.The sub-nanosecond UWB pulse with ultra short time and sharp rise-time is achieved.The peak-to-peak pulse of the circuit is 0.77V and width at half amplitude is 455ps.This circuit is applicable to UWB wireless communication system in short distance with the features such as simple architecture,small cubage,circuit stability and eas...
