摘要
目的观察咪唑安定联合氟芬合剂在小切口胆囊切除术中的镇静效果和不良反应。方法择期行小切口胆囊切除术患者100例,分为氟芬合剂组(A组)和咪唑安定联合氟芬合剂组(B组)各50例。两组均采用硬膜外麻醉。观察患者术中和术后生命体征、镇静程度及低氧血症、牵拉反应等。结果B组芬太尼用量、术中术毕镇静评分以及低氧血症发生率均低于A组(P<0·05)。两组围术期循环系统体征和牵拉反应比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论咪唑安定联合氟芬合剂用于小切口胆囊切除术,具有良好的镇静效果,不良反应少。
