摘要
研究了室内不同提取方法鱼腥草活性物质的得率,并考察了其对几种蔬菜病原真菌的抑制作用.结果表明:(1)相对于醇浸法、水煎法、超声波法、酶法,超声波酶法提取鱼腥草活性物质的提取率最高;(2)鱼腥草活性物质对终极腐霉、尖镰孢菌黄瓜转化型、立枯丝核菌、灰葡萄孢菌和齐整小核菌等五种蔬菜病原真菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有一定的抑制作用.
The acquisition rate is examined with different extract techniques in lab and its antifungal activity to several vegetable pathogens is also experimented in this paper.Findings show that:(1) Compared with ethanol extraction,aqueous extract,ultrasonic extraction and enzyme extraction,the ultrasonic enzyme extraction is the best method,which can significantly increase the extraction rate in this experiment.(2) Tests in vitro show that the active substances from H.cordata work in antifungal performance to all ...
