摘要
目的:研制能够产生高强度高精度超声聚焦机构。方法:通过采用仰卧姿势治疗方式利用缚腰袋和水压固定人体,减少呼吸运动对器官位置的影响,改善设备的舒适性;治疗过程中转动治疗头间接提高焦斑强度;通过合理结构设计提高焦斑精度。结果:体外牛肝试验表明:用8个Φ66探头组成的聚焦机构,单个探头输入电压为220v,声波照射的突发周期设置为200ms,持续时间为120ms,声波照射次数为10次,在肝囊下面2~3cm处形成成8×3mm米粒状坏死组织。结论:该多元自聚焦机构在一定的操作参数下得到较高质量的焦斑,如果采用较高质量的单探头,将会取得更好效果,估计活体实验效果优于采用俯卧治疗方式的设备。
Objective: To develop high intensity focused ultrasonic mechanism. Methods: Using the pressure of water in the waist locate the body, and treatment at supine posture, reduce to impact organs location of respiratory motion. Improve comfortableness of the equipment.
