部分端面微孔机械密封端面间液膜压力分布的理论研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了研究部分端面微孔机械密封端面间液膜压力分布规律的理论模型,应用有限差分法求解了端面液膜压力的Reynolds控制方程,获得了端面液膜压力分布规律,并与端面全区域开微孔机械密封的情况进行了对比。研究了微孔密度Sp和微孔深径比ε对端面液膜压力的影响规律。结果表明:部分端面微孔机械密封的端面间液膜压力比端面全微孔的小;端面间液膜沿半径方向的最大压力降发生在孔区域结束处;端面液膜压力值最大值所对应的微孔密度Sp≈0.2,深径比ε≈0.02。 A theoretical analysis model of the liquid film pressure betweem the faces of partial surface texturing mechanical seals was presented.The film pressure was obtained by using finite different method(FDM)to solve the Renolds equation of controlling the film pressure.The pressure was compared with that of fully surface texturing mechanical seal.The effect of geometric parameters Sp,the micropores area density,and ε,the ratio of depth to diameter of the micropores,on the film pressure was investigated.The resu...
