摘要
通过豆油的转酯化反应、环氧化反应和开环酯化反应制备得到了化学改性豆油。考察了改性豆油分子结构对流变性能、氧化稳定性与摩擦性能的影响。实验结果表明,端链酯基的支链化与增加中位链酯基碳链长度可以提高改性豆油的流变性能。增加中位链酯基碳链长度会提高改性豆油的摩擦学性能,但同时也降低了其氧化稳定性。
The structural modification of soybean oil (SBO) for lubricant was presented.Transesterification of SBO with different alcohols produced SBO alkyl esters (alkyl:butyl,isobutyl,2-ehtylhexyl).
