摘要
采用模拟试验、单缸发动机台架试验对比研究了不同硫含量对柴油使用性能的影响。结果表明,高硫含量柴油燃烧产物中硫化物形态差异较大,强酸性物质比例高,生成积炭坚硬,易于导致发动机腐蚀和磨损。我国柴油机使用的柴油硫含量不宜过高。
The influence of sulfide on the performance of diesel fuels was studied by simulation test and engine test.The results show that burning resultant of high content sulfide diesel fuels has more strong acidic sulfide,which induces hardy sediment(carbonization)in piston/cylinder and cause engine wear.So,it is not suitable for our engine burning diesel fuels of high content sulfide.
