摘要
针对一套200万t/a重油催化裂化装置催化剂循环管线流化的异常问题,运用立管和斜管内催化剂输送的流体力学理论,分析了原装置催化剂循环管线上松动点的布置情况,指出了其不合理布置是导致该装置催化剂循环管线流化出现异常问题的根本原因,对此提出了详细的松动点核算和改进方案。改造后装置的运行结果表明,装置的催化剂循环管线流化稳定,催化剂密度和滑阀压降分布合理,反应温度的波动范围可控制在±1.5℃,解决了装置催化剂流化异常问题,提高了装置的生产运行水平。
