摘要
采用自行设计的新型可降解仿生材料RGD多肽和β-TCP复合膜(PRGD)及PRGD与神经生长因子(NGF)共混膜(PNGF),研究其在周围神经缺损修复中对神经再生的作用。通过在Wistar大鼠体内实验,分别于3个月、6个月取材,对其再生神经进行形态学、组织学观察,并进行三头肌湿重比、电生理及免疫组化检测。研究结果显示,PRGD膜能有效桥接修复大鼠缺损的坐骨神经,具有良好的生物相容性,而PNGF膜能够有效促进大鼠坐骨神经再生,加速再生神经的成熟,其部分生理指标接近正常自体神经移植效果。
