摘要
探讨了利用金属Ti+离子注入井冈霉素生产菌的生物学效应,比较了不同的注入能量与注入剂量对菌株突变效果的影响。在注入能量为15 keV,剂量为1.5×1015个/cm2离子的诱变条件下,筛选到一株井冈霉素高产菌株C3-6,其发酵生产井冈霉素A组分的效价为19684μg/mL,比出发菌株提高41.3%。经多次传代实验表明该菌株的遗传稳定性较好。
The mutagenic effects of implanted titianmium ion of different energy and dosage on the validamycin producing strain Streptomyces hygroscupicus var.Jingganggensis Yen was investigated.The optimium condition of titianmium ion implantation was at 15KeV with dosage of 15×1014 ions/cm2.A high-yielding strain was obtained which producing validamycin A with titer of 19684,which was 41.3% higher than that of the original strain.Further experiment result showed that the genetic stability of the strain was good.
