摘要
从制度变迁的周期理论和路径依赖理论出发,对科学发展观进行重新解读,提出科学发展观是为了打破新的制度僵滞而出现的一种指导理论。而这种理论会把社会经济的发展带入良性轨道,从而促使中国出现新一轮的经济增长。
By theory of the cycle in the systemic vicissitude and path dependence,this paper try to re-understand the scientific concept of development,thinking it as a guiding theory of breaking the new stagnation of system.This choice of path will put economic development in order,thereby contributing to the emergence of a new economic growth in China.
