解决好城市停车问题是加强城市交通管理的一个重要方面,我国城市汽车数量的增长与停车位短缺的矛盾日益突出,城市路边占道停车严重影响了道路的通行能力,而停车场建设和规划又陈旧落后,要解决我国城市停车问题,必须对产生问题的原因进行深入分析,并有针对性地寻求和探讨可行性对策。
