摘要 综述了近年来有关瘤胃降解蛋白(RDP)、过瘤胃蛋白(RUP)以及限制性氨基酸(LAA)、理想氨基酸模式(Ideal Amino Acid Pattern)、小肽(Small Peptide)的吸收机制和特点等在反刍动物营养中的研究应用,以及反刍动物蛋白质代谢与能量的关系。 Auther reviewed the application and research of rumen degradable protein, rumen undegradable protein, limiting amino acids , ideal amino acid pattern, the absorption mechanism and characteristic of small peptide on the ruminant animals, as well as the relationship between protein metabolism and energy.
