摘要
用铣床加工圆柱体圆周等分槽时,传统上常用分度头定位、纵向装夹的方式,在立式铣床进行分度铣削。这对刚性较好、等分槽较宽的零件加工基本能达到设计要求,但由于较长的薄筒零件刚性差,且圆周等分槽较窄,立铣刀强度不够,产生让刀现象,难以达到设计要求。现介绍一种横向装夹简易分度装置,是改变零件纵向装夹为横向装夹,在X6132卧式铣床用锯片铣刀铣削加工的工艺方案。该装置合理利用工作台宽度,采用一夹一顶、简易分度的方式,很好解决了较长圆筒零件圆周方向等分槽的铣削加工。
